1. Borobudur Temple

The Borobudur Temple is a ninth century Buddhist monument in Indonesia. It is the largest Buddhist sanctuary on the planet. The Borobudur Temple has six square stages bested by three round stages improved with 2,672 alleviation boards and 504 Buddha sculptures. It was build by Sailendra Dynasty in 750 AD. It is most iconic place in Indonesia and one of the famous visited site for the backpacker. 
As the temple is open from 6am to 5pm every day, the best time to visit Borobudur Temple will be during dawn at 6 am for the sunrise and dusk from 3pm onwards for the sunset.  Arrive early to beat the crowd because this place will get crowded fast. It depends on your pace since it is a bit of a hike but I would suggest 2-3 hours to visit. @Travel All Around The World

2. Komodo National Park
Komodo National Park is the national park, which is in the East Nusatenggara territory. This volcanic island is very famous for tourist for viewing Komodo Dragons. This island is spread around 2000km2. The Komodo National Park is combining of 29 volcanic islands counting the 3 significant islands Rinca, Padar and Komodo. Things to do there some are, Rangko Cave, Snorkel, safari, diving and many more.
The best time to visit Komodo National Park is between April and December during the dry season. The weather is very nice, not too hot with very little to no rain. I would say to do at least a two day trip from Labuan Bajo to the Komodo Islands. @Travel All Around The World

3. Ubud Monkey Forest

The Ubud Monkey Forest is the beautiful and scary sanctuary. It is located in Padangtegal Ubud, Bali. There are more than 1000 monkeys live in this haven. Ubud Monkey Forest is about 10 hectares and contains at least 115 different species of trees. In Ubud Monkey Forest has 3 sanctuaries inside, namely- Dalem Agung Padangtegal Temple, Holy Spring Temple and Prajapati Temple.
The best time to visit Ubud’s monkey forest is during the dry, warm months of June, July, and August. It is open for visitor at 08.30am to 06.00pm daily, and ticket office closes at 5.30pm, the best time to visit the monkey forest in Ubud around 14:00. At this time period, most of the monkeys already get fed by the previous visitor.  @Travel All Around The World

4. Nusa Islands
The Nusa island is one of the most famous islands and the most relaxing places in Indonesia. It is located in southeast of Bali. It is the perfect place for a photo shoot. You can also enjoy to have a boat ride, snorkeling, fishing and the glorious view of the island. It is one of the perfect holiday spot in the Asia. 
The best timing to visit Nusa Island is during the dry season from May to September. According to tourist who had visited there they suggested that 1 to 2 days is enough to visit Nusa Islands. @Travel All Around The World

5. Tanah Lot
Tanah Lot Temple is beautifully crafted temple surrounded by sea water. Tanah Lot is located in Tabanan, only around 30 km away from Denpasar. Tanah Lot Temple was built in the 16th century by Dang Hyang Nirartha. This temple is one of the most popular iconic structures of Bali. Viewing sunrise and sunset from Tanah Lot Temple would be your best view of the day.
Tanah Lot Temple is open from 7am to 7pm. The place gets really crowded from 10am. The best time of the day to visit the temple is during the evenings at sunset, arrive in the morning to avoid the crowds if you want to. @Travel All Around The World

6. Tanjung Puting National Park
Tanjung Puting National Park is built in 1982, spread around 4150 km². it is located in the southeast of West Kotawaringin Regency. The park is famous for the orangutan conservation. The park was approved a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1977. Tanjung Puting National Park includes boating, safari, bird watching and also if you want to experience tree house, you can have here.
The best time to visit at Tanjung Puting National Park are August to October. On average, it is hot all year round. The rainiest months are February, March and April. You must spend at least 2 days in this amazing part of the country. @Travel All Around The World

7. Bunaken Marine Park
Bunaken National Park is a marine park in the north of Sulawesi island, Indonesia, spread over 890 km². It was built up as a national park in 1991 and first of Indonesia’s marine parks. It provides habitat to 390 species of coral as well as many fish, mollusc, reptile and marine mammal species.  Some of activities that you can enjoy with your family and friends are Snuba Diving, Sea Walking, Spinnaker Flying, Freediving, and snorkeling.
The best time to visit Bunaken Island is from early March to late January. I recommend spending a minimum of 12 hours or a day to visit marine park. @Travel All Around The World

8. Bangka Belitung Islands
Bangka Belitung Island is acclaimed for its charming sea shores with white sand. This island offers a beautiful sandy beach with large stones, clean water and long palm trees. Some of its beaches are famous for blue sea water and colourful coral reef. Bangka Belitung Island attracts millions of tourists each year and one of the most visited sites if Indonesia. Backpacker attracts with its unique beauty and water activities like Snuba Diving, Sea Walking, Spinnaker Flying, Freediving, and snorkeling.
The best time to go to Bangka Belitung is during the months of February and March. These months are ideal for enjoying the beaches because the wind and the waves are low during this time. It depends on you that how much love it, but I would suggest 8 hours sufficient to enjoy. @Travel All Around The World

9. Mount Bromo
The Mount Bromo is famous and beautiful active volcano in East Java Indonesia. At 2,329 meters, massif area is one of the most visited tourist attractions of Mount Bromo. Sunrise and sunset viewpoint of Mount Bromo is lovely and most memorable part. Also, you can experience a jeep ride on the mountain and Horse Ride. If you wish to stay you can stay on the Jiwa Jawa Resort, which is one of the famous resorts near to Mount Bromo. You can also enjoy the hot spring which would be the best relaxing thing after climbing on Mount Bromo.  
The best time to visit Mount Bromo is at sunrise. As for the season to visit, plan to visit Mount Bromo during the dry season. In total it takes around 45-60 minutes to reach Mount Bromo if you take the free path. @Travel All Around The World

10. Lake Toba
The Lake Toba, with its delicious greenery and blue waters, is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. It is largest volcanic lake in the world. Covering more than 1200km², the zone around Lake Toba is one of the most assorted in Southeast Asia. This most iconic lake attracts millions of tourists to visit. Have coffee on a cliff would be the best experience. 
The journey takes about 6 to 8 hours. The month of May is probably the best, since that’s when the weather is changing from slightly cool to warm. @Travel All Around The World
